Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Spark processes personal data when people create accounts, publish worker or employer profiles, swipe, match, use distance features, contact support or buy Premium features.
1. Controller
The data controller is the Spark service provider identified in the Imprint. Privacy requests can be sent to support@probierensie.hu.
2. Data we process
- Account data: email address, password hash, verification status and account dates.
- Profile data: profile type, name, age for worker profiles, company name, role, description, skills, phone number and photos.
- Location data: browser location, approximate network location, accuracy value, update time and employer offer area.
- Activity data: swipes, likes, matches, daily allowance use and profile views needed to run the service.
- Support, report and complaint data: reporter contact details, report category, URLs, profile IDs, explanations, messages, attachments and decisions.
- Payment data: plan, price, billing status and payment provider references if Premium is purchased.
- Technical data: session cookies, consent records, IP address, browser information, logs and security events.
3. Why we process data

4. Special categories of data
Spark does not ask users to provide special category data, such as health, religion, political opinion, trade union membership, biometric identifiers or sexual orientation. Users should not include such data in profiles or messages unless they have a lawful reason and understand the risk. Spark may remove unnecessary sensitive content.
5. Location privacy
Browser location is used to find relevant profiles nearby. Employer offer locations may be stored as a privacy-adjusted point, normally offset from the exact selected location. Users can update location from the location screen and can disable browser location access in their device or browser.
6. Sharing data
Spark may share data with hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, analytics providers if enabled, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and other users where the platform design reveals profile or contact information after a match.
7. Hosting provider
Spark is technically hosted by Rackhost Zrt., 6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos korut 41, Hungary. Rackhost provides server, storage, connectivity and related technical infrastructure services. In this role, Rackhost may process technical data, server logs, uploaded files and database content only as needed to provide hosting and infrastructure services to Spark.
Spark users should contact Spark for account, privacy, report or platform support. Rackhost is Spark's hosting provider, not the operator of Spark's user-facing platform.
8. International transfers
Spark should prefer EU or EEA service providers where possible. If data is transferred outside the EEA, Spark will use a valid transfer mechanism such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another GDPR-compliant safeguard where required.
9. Retention
- Account and profile data is kept while the account is active.
- Photos are kept while attached to a profile and deleted when removed where technically possible.
- Swipes and matches are kept while needed for the platform and dispute prevention.
- Billing and accounting records are kept for the legally required retention period.
- Support, complaint and moderation records are kept as long as needed to resolve the issue and defend legal claims.
- Security logs are kept for a limited period unless needed for investigation.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR, users may have the right to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Some rights depend on the legal basis and the circumstances. Requests can be sent to support@probierensie.hu.
11. Supervisory authority
If Spark's main establishment is in Hungary, the usual supervisory authority is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9-11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary, naih.hu. Users may also contact their local EU data protection authority.
